Broken outgoing messages; receiving large attachments	problem with people getting several copies (in fact parts) of the same message - this is an option you can turn off, as follows: 1) In the main Outlook Express windows, go to the Tools menu, then Accounts. 2) Find your usual (default) account, often this is the only account, called pop.gn.apc.org or similar. 3) Click on this, then click on 'Propeties'. 4) Click on the 'Advanced' tab. 5) About halfway down is the sending option: "Break apart emssages larger than" - take the tick out of this box. 6) Click 'OK' That should do it.
Buying Eudora online	Hello I have used Eudora for years & we've been very happy together. However recently I downloaded the "sponsored" version, (full functionality but with small ads in the bottom right hand corner) but after a week or so it reverted to the "light" version. This version keeps crashing, so I thought hello maybe it's time to put my money where my mouth is and buy the proper one (ie without ads). However after I had completed the payment screens, I got an error message saying that my card was not acceptable. There is nothing wrong with my card, it even has money on it! Why should this be? Could it be because the cost is in dollars? & how can I get hold of Eudora now? Kate
can't send emails to greennet	If I try and send any message to any gn.apc.org address I get a protocol error message command sent was RCPT to "550 cannot find address in system" This means that I cannot sent messages to our greenet hosted email list. Please explain why this is. Thank you
Changing from Eudora to Mozilla Thunderbird	I work for and NGO which uses an old version of Eudora. It has been advised that we change from Eudora to Thunderbird and using IMAP so that workmates from different countries can look at the same e-mails/folders as each other. My question is whether the e-mails saved on my computer which I have downloaded from webmail can be exported to a web based (IMAP) Mozilla Thunderbird? many thanks Richard
Changing ISP and GreenNet E-mail	GreenNet Support, We are currently investigating joining Supanet fast internet service provision (ADSL/broadband). If we were to do this would we still be able to configure Outlook Express to download our e-mails from GreenNet? If so, how would we be able to go about this? I look forward to a response to this request as soon as is possible.
Disconnection - or lack of it	I use Outlook express 5. I have "hangup after sending and receiving" ticked, but recently, it doesn't. 10 mins or so after I have sent and received i get a "would you like to disconnect" box... but it's not doing its stuff. Any thoughts?
Filtering mail	I have one email account with a couple of aliases. At the moment all mail sent to all my aliases comes into my Thunderbird inbox and I manually transfer the messages to separate mail folders. Is there a way of getting Thunderbird to automatically filter mail addressed to the different aliases into separate mail folders?
Help needed with backing up Outlook email folders and settings	I need to upgrade from Windows Me to Windows Xp, anyone can please tell me how can I backup everything in Outlook Express for an easy restore after reinstalling Windows?
