Technical Details:
- The Starter broadband service is ADSL Max (up to 8 MBit downstream / 448 kb/s upload) with a 2 GByte monthly transfer limit (UNLIMITED bandwidth also available – subject to 1 year contract)
- Contention ratio of 50:1 (lower contention available)
- 1 month contract terms, cancel anytime with no commitment
- The transfer excess charge is £2.30 (£2 ex VAT) per 1 GByte.
- The activation fee for broadband is £46 (40 ex VAT). (not always applicable if already using a BT service)
- GreenNet Broadband comes with a fixed IP address free of charge (usually £5/month with BT).
