BAe inquiry decision faces challenge

Following the decision to drop the Serious Fraud Office enquiry into British Aerospace finances and the Al-Yamamah arms deal, after BAe and Saudi lobbying, GreenNet members The Corner House and CAAT launched a legal challenge. The groups expressed confidence of overturning and "outrageous" decision that clearly breaches international commitments on combating corruption.
