- two Moroccan journalists are facing a possible prison sentence of up to five years on charges of insulting Islam and offending public morality. The case, reported by the Guardian, has been brought against the Arabic weekly Nichane and has serious implications for press freedom. For its part the magazine says it was simply conducting a harmless survey of the nation's sense of humour.
