UK nuclear consultation was misleading and unfair

Greenpeace has succeeded in getting the government's plans for an expansion of nuclear power declared unlawful in the High Court. Justice Sullivan found that the review was "seriously flawed and that the process was manifestly inadequate and unfair" and the government had not released the information necessary for an "intelligent response".
