The legal representation of more than 10,000 vulnerable asylum seekers and victims of trafficking, including nearly 900 separated children, is now at risk.

Refugee and Migrant Justice, who provide asylum and immigration legal support, is facing possible closure because the Legal Services Commission, which funds legal aid work, has changed its payment scheme, so now they will have to wait for payment until after each case has closed.
