PURPOSE OF THE POST

To manage and coordinate the weekly drop-in service and maintain good records
To develop, maintain and work with a team of volunteers.
To work with volunteers to identify isolated individuals and facilitate client access to the Centre from different sources
To work with volunteers to establish strong links with other voluntary and statutory agencies to highlight the services of the Centre and the needs of its target group
To work with volunteers and the Board of Trustees to contribute to the development of the Centre’s activities.

Finance Officer

The Finance Officer will maintain and administer the day-to-day financial systems and processes of our organization. Reporting to the Finance Manager, s/he will be an excellent bookkeeper, have strong numeracy and financial skills and experience of producing financial reports.

Publications and Events Officer

The Publications and Events Officer will provide research assistance for CR's Accord publication series, and help to promote the publication among CR’s target audiences. S/he will also organize events and provide administrative assistance to the Policy and Comparative Learning team.

Director of Policy and Comparative Learning

The Director of Policy and Comparative Learning will help CR to have an increasingly global influence that is both relevant and progressive. S/he will build on our expertise and reputation for high-quality resources on comparative peace processes, notably our Accord series. The post-holder will develop our policy work on peacemaking challenges and our initiative to promote comparative learning from peace processes – currently focussed on Colombia and the Philippines. S/he will lead a small team of staff and consultants.
