	&lt;ul&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;To manage and coordinate the weekly drop-in service and maintain good records&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;To develop, maintain and work with a team of volunteers. &lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;To work with volunteers to identify isolated individuals and facilitate client access to the Centre from different sources&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;To work with volunteers to establish strong links with other voluntary and statutory agencies to highlight the services of the Centre and the needs of its target group &lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;To work with volunteers and the Board of Trustees to contribute to the development of the Centre’s activities.&lt;/li&gt;
