Does anyone there know how to put MP3 files on a website so that those who log in can cause them to play? I want this for teaching purposes, where a short file is enough to do the job.

Does anyone know how to put them on and make them available for download? These would be full-length jobs opf anything up to 4.5megs. Am I being impractical?

I am not talking about illegal downloads here because I am the copyright-holder and a member of PRS etc., who have been encouraging us all to do this. I suppose the plan is that once we all get on top of the technology they will then start wanting to do something about royalties, although at present it looks a bit difficult. I am trying eventually to have a few chargeable MP3s for download by using a secure transfer system.
