Re: problem sending attachments

The attachment procedure can be a bit confusing. You first need to click 'Browse' and navigate on your computer for the file to upload, and then confirm the file.

You then have the filename in a text entry box, and you need to click the second, 'attach' button to actually upload the file. The filename will then be shown with the file size, below the blank browse box, so you can add further attachments.

Then make any changes to the text before clicking 'send message'.

Re: problem sending attachments

I also have a problem sending mail with attachments.

I am able to get the attachment into my text mail and when I click on send it goes through the process of sending but stops when the 'blue bar gets about half way across. I believe it times out before it can complete the send process. Message remains in the Outbox.

Then when I delete the message from the Outbox then go back and click on the send/receive, the message is still trying to send.

In other words I have a problem deleting the message, it wants to stay in the outbox and be sent, but will not.

Please help.
