1. Click on [b]Tools[/b], [b]Message Filters…[/b]. This will bring up a window called [i]Message Filters[/i].
2. Select your GreenNet account in [b]Filters for[/b].
3. Click on the [b]New…[/b] button. This will bring up a window called [i]Filter Rules[/i].
4. In [b]Filter Name[/b] type [i]GreenNet Anti Spam filter[/i].
5. Select [b]Match any of the following[/b].
6. In the first drop-down list select [b]Customize…[/b]. This will bring up a window called [i]Customize Headers[/i].
7. Enter [b]X-Spam-Level[/b] under [b]New message header:[/b] and press the [b]Add[/b] button. You should have [i] X-Spam-Level[/i] in the list below now.
8. Press the [b]OK[/b] button to close the [i]Customize Headers[/i] window and return to the [i]Filter Rules[/i] window.
9. Now select [b]X-Spam-Level[/b] from the first drop-down list (if you cannot find it return to step 6.).
10. Select [b]contains[/b] from the next drop-down list.
11. Enter [b]5 asterisks[/b] into the field right next to contains – it should look like this [b]*****[/b]. You can change the sensitivity of the filter by adding or removing asterisks (*). More asterisks will mean that it filters out less spam. Less asterisks will catch more spam but also increase the possibility of “false positives”.
12. Tick [b]Delete the message[/b] in the lower section of the window entitled [b]Perform these actions:[/b].
13. Click [b]OK[/b].
