I'm trying to download a large attachment via Webmail but can't see how to do it.

If I click on it, it tells me that my session has expired, and won't let me log in again.

Re: manual downloading

I assume you are already clicking on the file icon to the far right of the attachment as it appears in webmail (otherwise you would probably be getting a different error message). If not try this.

It sounds likes the connection has been lost for some reason, like a timeout perhaps. But we need more detail really to be able to diagnose. How large is the attachment, what speed connection do you have (e.g. dialup modem or broadband), and how long does it try to download for before it says it expired (is it immediate or after say 30mins)?
