problem with people getting several copies (in fact parts) of the same message - this is an option you can turn off, as follows:

1) In the main Outlook Express windows, go to the Tools menu, then Accounts.
2) Find your usual (default) account, often this is the only account, called pop.gn.apc.org or
similar.
3) Click on this, then click on 'Propeties'.
4) Click on the 'Advanced' tab.
5) About halfway down is the sending option: "Break apart emssages larger than" - take the tick
out of this box.
6) Click 'OK'

That should do it.
