Re: blaklist function

Blacklist on the email server can only be accessed by logging in through the gn site, then to web email, then ticking each piece of mail whose sender you wish to block and finally at the end (the bottom of the list of your mails) you click 'blacklist'. That doesn't clear that particular mail, which has to be deleted separately by going through the same process again but clicking delete.

Anything else from these people is then binned, I believe.

Hope that helps.

If there is some other thing about it perhaps someone would tell me. I get plagued by Sainsbury's, Nectar online and Steve Hames, who change their email address regularly to try to avoid being blocked. The result is that whilst I once used to go to Sainsbury's I make a point of never shopping there any more. The same would be the case with the others if I ever wanted anything of the type they sell.

They are a pest, these people, and it would be nice if we could all get together and devise a strategy for dealing with them.

Yours
