Filtering mail

I have one email account with a couple of aliases. At the moment all mail sent to all my aliases comes into my Thunderbird inbox and I manually transfer the messages to separate mail folders. Is there a way of getting Thunderbird to automatically filter mail addressed to the different aliases into separate mail folders?
