Naughty Norton

Hello again!

Thanks for all your help re the above.

I now have a clean, virus-free computer.

However I am now getting a message which tell me that Norton AntiVirus has encountered an internal program error and that I should uninstall and reinstall Norton. I have done this a couple of times now. I have been to the Symantec Tech Support page, but they just tell you how to do it, not why it is necessary.

I have run a system scan and there are no viruses in my computer.

Can anyone tell my what this means & what I should do about it?
