Re: Problems downloading Norton

I have had the same problems downloading Norton Antivirus (NAV)2004 as you have had. I downloaded all the document information that they gave me and still had problems so I cancelled and asked for refund. However I do think it is something to do with Netscape as a browser as when I downloaded Netscape 7.1 I got a little further with the problem which I think is due to the activation key which NAV has and Netscape cannot cope with. I think (though not being in the least technical this is a gut reaction!) that it is necessary to use Internet Explorer to down load but this is just a guess. I would be interested to hear of any expert out there.
