We use a small organisation called Secure Giving. They are essentially run by one man called David Kingston and he is extremely efficient and approachable. He specialises in small NGOs and can set up a donation facility, membership facility or even a shopping trolley. Prices vary but you can get a good online donation and membership system up and running for about £25 - £40 as a one off payment and then he takes 6% of the money that goes through the system. The rest is yours and is paid to you monthly by cheque. We've found it really, really useful. You can see it in action at www.yorkshirecnd.org.uk and their site is www.securegiving.co.uk
