Re: please check your password and try again

Normally this means that either the [b]password[/b] or the [b]username [/b] in dial up networking are wrong.
To check this double click on the [b]'my computer'[/b] icon
double click on the [b]'dial networking'[/b] folder
double click on your GreenNet dial up networking profile. In the username field make sure the correct username is displayed.
This will normally be your full email address i.e. anonymous@gn.apc.org
If you have a group login, it may be something like grnanonymous@gn.apc.org .
Your password will be displayed in asterisks in the password field. Try re-typing it at least twice.
If you type in your password each time you log on, [b]make sure you don't have the caps lock or shift keys activated[/b], remember passwords are case sensitive.
