Growing Home will hold its 7th Annual Benefit on June 11, 2009 at 5:30 PM in the Chicago Cultural Center’s Preston Bradley Hall. Climate Rush invites you to Dinner at Domestic Departures, Terminal 1, Heathrow Airport, on Monday 12th January 2009. In the spirit of the Suffragettes, we will arrive in Edwardian dress (under a big coat!) with hampers of food to have our picnic. It will take place on the day that the MPs return from their winter holiday. When the string quartet plays its first note we will reveal our dress and share our food. Hundreds will join us and together we will make history. We have waited too long and been misled too many times. It is time for us to take control and to lead social change.

WORLDwrite is hosting a special New Year gala performance and screening. Ian Archer-Watters, the renowned comedic ballet dancer is flying in from New York and providing WORLDwrite with an exclusive charity performance of his stunning piece, The Black Swan. The performance will be filmed for a new culture slot on the WORLDbytes channel and for a documentary on this unique and extraordinary dancer. Ian will be accompanied by cellist Gabriella Swallow and pianist Anne Marshall, who are both celebrated musicians.
