| Broadband downtime 1 March early morning |
On Tuesday 1 March 2011 between midnight and 6am, BT will be performing major upgrades to their network which may result in outages of up to 40 minutes. This only applies to GreenNet ADSL/broadband and our other services should be unaffected. Apologies for any inconvenience. |

To get connected up to GreenNet Broadband, you will need an ADSL modem as well as microfilters for each BT socket on the line that has equipment plugged into it. |
| Broadband maintenance work, 19 June 2012 |
On Tuesday 19 June 2012 between midnight and 6am there will be maintenance work being performed on our ADSL broadband infrastructure. This work may cause active connections to be dropped, with any disconnections lasting for up to 5 minutes. This work will only affect our broadband services, all other systems will be unaffected. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this work. |
