6.9 billion people live on our planet. Is that too many? Join us for what promises to be a night of lively discussion and debate as we ask The Big Question Should we control human population growth? Speakers from the worlds of ecology, history, finance, conservation and economics have been brought together to discuss what some people believe to be the undiscussable. Each one has selected an object from our collection to illustrate and support their point of view.
Come along to the Grant Museum for a free drinks reception, a chance to view the objects and hear from the speakers about their selection between 6pmand 6:45pm before they present their arguments at the J Z Young lecture theatre from 7pm. This event is free, there is no need to book.
