On the weekend preceding International Women's Day 2016 we will be running our first-ever Women In Media Conference. We hope that with the event we can celebrate successful women in the media industries and empower young journalists, writers, filmmakers, photographers and others who may see their chosen industry as particularly male-dominated or difficult to enter. Our Conference will also be running concurrently with some brilliant events at the Manchester Wonder Women festival.
