A new layout using the great panels module and a couple of more or less clever views. Screenshot inside.

The frontpage is now an alias of services/panels/frontpage
The panel has four areas:
- Top: currently not in use
- Left: Node content of page/overiew (via node id I hope)
- Right: list view listing all nodes of type services
- Bottom: Teaser (maybe should be FT) view of sticky nodes of type services
On top of that we now have a services tag cloud in the right hand column
